Diamond Resin Drainer Groove Flute Wheels with Aluminium Centre

Our Diamond Resin Drainer Groove Flute Wheels are designed for precision and high-quality finishes. Featuring an aluminium centre, these wheels work in tandem with our vacuum brazed groove wheels to create the perfect profile grooves. Once the grooves are made using the vacuum brazed groove wheels, use the resin diamond wheels to bring the flutes to a high-gloss shine.

With a 100mm diameter and a 22.23mm centre bore, these wheels are designed to fit directly onto your handheld variable-speed polisher or grinder. Ideal for wet use, they can also be used dry, though doing so may reduce their lifespan. The recommended operating speed is 2000rpm, and the wheels are available in 10mm or 12mm diameters.
